Web Design & Development
Web design and development for businesses.
Custom websites and integrations that keep your business running smoothly and make life easier for your customers.
The website is only one part of the system.
A useful website should help people understand what you do, decide whether you are the right fit, and take the next step. It should also make things easier for the people running the business.
Your website will have a clear content structure, custom design, and the functionality your business needs. Forms, bookings, and other tools can be connected to make recurring work easier. It will also be built to perform across devices, support organic search, and give your team a manageable way to keep content current.
That could mean building an entirely new website, restructuring an existing one, improving a difficult customer flow, or connecting the website to tools your business already uses. The scope depends on what is working now and what needs to change.
Scope, timeline, and pricing
Every website is scoped around what it needs to do. After reviewing your content, functionality, integrations, and current setup, I’ll provide a clear project price and schedule before work begins.
Smaller improvements can often be handled as focused projects. New websites and more involved rebuilds receive a project-specific proposal.

The process
A process that keeps the project moving and everyone informed.
We scope what matters, build around the your needs, and stay involved all the way to launch so the handoff is easy and seamless.
01
Understand the business goals
That might be a discovery call, a video meeting, or a detailed email exchange. Whatever works best for you! This is where we learn about your business and what you’re needing from the project.
02
Create a clear plan
We outline page count, features, update preferences, and whether hosting makes sense. Once everything is clear, we provide a project outline and price so expectations are set upfront.
03
Design and build
After assets are collected, the initial build begins. We share regular updates and check-ins along the way, so you can review progress and request adjustments.
04
Launch and support
Once everything is approved, we prepare the site for launch and move it into production. The process stays collaborative and transparent from start to finish.

Jason and his wife have done numerous things for our business since we first opened in June of 2018. They created a website for us and did multiple graphic designs for our business. He took his time to explain how the process works on creating our business website and bumping up our business with google reviews. Since then, we have had a great turnout on our reviews and multiple complements on how professional our website and graphics looks! I highly recommend Jason if you want a great deal with professional work!
Frequently asked questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers! Explore our Web Design & Development FAQ to learn more about our process, pricing, and how we can help your business thrive online.
Do I need a full rebuild, or can you work with what I already have?
Not every project needs a full rebuild. In some cases, improving layout, performance, or structure is enough. In others, the existing site limits what can realistically be fixed. We’ll look at what you have and recommend the most practical option, not the most expensive one.
How is pricing determined for web design and development projects?
Pricing is based on the scope of work – things like the number of pages, required functionality, integrations, and overall complexity. Full builds start at $2,500. Smaller updates or improvements are priced based on the time and effort required rather than a flat package.
What if I don’t have all my content ready?
That’s common. We can work with what you have, help organize or refine existing content, or guide you on what’s needed before launch. Content doesn’t have to be perfect on day one, it just needs to be clear and functional. We can also help with generating content using AI tools if needed.
Can you help if my website is slow, outdated, or not getting results?
Yes. We can audit your current setup, identify what’s holding it back, and make clear recommendations based on real data, not guesses or generic advice.
Can you step in and improve a site that’s already live?
We regularly help clients with sites that are slow, difficult to use, or no longer meeting their goals. That might involve performance fixes, layout adjustments, or targeted redesigns rather than starting from scratch.
How involved do I need to be during the project?
We’ll guide the process, but your input matters, especially early on. Expect to review direction, provide feedback, and approve key decisions. We keep things efficient so it doesn’t feel like a second job.
What happens after the site goes live?
Once the site is launched, you can either manage updates yourself or have us handle ongoing hosting and maintenance. Either way, you’re not left guessing or unsupported after launch.
Is SEO part of web design, or is that separate?
Every site includes SEO foundations like clean structure, metadata, and performance best practices.
