About Us
Haven Web Design provides website, Shopify, and ongoing development support through a direct working relationship with the person doing the work.
Meet Jason
I have spent the last 10+ years working with businesses at very different stages.
That includes helping newer & start-up companies get off the ground with marketing sites, contact forms, and the core information they need to start generating leads. It also includes supporting larger Shopify operations with more than 10,000 SKUs and monthly traffic over 500,000 sessions.
That range matters because most businesses do not come in with one problem to solve. They might need a website update, but the real issue is also tied to content, forms, structure, reporting, or tools that are not working well together.
I like working directly with clients. I am not interested in clearing tickets and moving on.
Some projects need calls and close collaboration. Others can move quickly through email with very little back and forth. I have completed full projects that way in just a few days. If a client is busy and does not want a calendar full of meetings, that is fine. We can keep the process simple, keep communication clear, and still get the work done right.

Who we work with most.
Most clients are established small to mid-sized businesses, local service companies, Shopify brands, and agencies. They are usually looking for experienced technical help without hiring a full-time developer or adding a large project team.
Agency support
We also work behind the scenes with agencies on client projects. Depending on what’s needed, we can build a website from start to finish, join client meetings, handle technical communication, or take responsibility for a specific part of the build.
When needed, the work can be done under the agency’s name so they remain front and center with their client. This has included WordPress marketing sites, landing pages, Shopify stores, and longer-term development support.
Jason created a new Shopify account for my existing client who was entering into e-commerce. His process was speedy, seamless, and extremely professional.
